Objective of the event-To teach Students about the benefits of Aerobic Exercises in day to day routine.

On October 26, 2020 Department of Sports and NCC of IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur organized an online seminar from 9:30-10:30 am. The seminar was conducted via Google meet on the topic-“Aerobic Exercises” by Dr. Neelam Sharma. Total 40 students participated in the seminar. Later Dr. Neelam Sharma presented some of the basic aerobic exercise which tends to be very helpful in reducing chronic pain, hypertension, improving concentration and reduces fatigue related to work postures. Further, she also explained that aerobic exercises are very affordable and accessible as it does not require any gym area to work out; it can easily be done at home. The seminar concluded with an interactive Q/A session between the teachers and students.

Outcome of the event- The way Dr. Neelam Sharma with her enthusiastic spirit for Aerobic Exercise filled students with energy was graceful. The seminar was very knowledgeable,informative and beneficial for the attendees.
