Objective: To organize this session to provoke students for their better health and stress free life.

Description: The University Sports Board of IISU organized an interesting session of Zumba on 22 July, 2023 for all the students of IISU in which approx. 550 students participated.

This session was full of Energy and Fun. All the participants show their full interest and enjoyed a lot in the session.

Outcome: The mission of this movement is to bring behavioral change in a life of an individual and to take a step ahead for a healthy lifestyle.
