Objective:Learn various relaxation methods to reduce muscle tension related to stress.

Description:In the session of ‘How to deal with Stress’, Dr. Urvashi Srivastava (Physiotherapist) used to talk about the value of joy and happiness in every individual’s life which ultimately reduces stress. She inspired the students through doinglighten Warm-ups, Dance and at last through Meditation, which emerged the feeling of spirituality, enthusiasm & optimism. Her main motto was to tell about the importance of the emotional development in day-to-day life through Bhastrika Pranayama(makes you emotionally fit), through which our mental health, abilities and wellness can be developed andthat keeps you calm, sleep and relaxed which ultimately reduces stress, anxiety & hypertension. She also discussed about that how an individual controlled theirdifferent mood swings through daily meditation. The total number of students was 73, who actively take part in the session and showing their full concern in a positive manner. In last she binds up their session after discussing about the ‘Art of living’and their importance in every individual’s life in a very fine and significant manner.
